Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team on a Full - Time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and be an expert in flow design, optimization, and writing and optimizing Apex triggers and classes. Proficiency in building Visualforce pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is essential. The successful candidate will be proficient and able to work quickly and efficiently.

• Flow Design and Optimization:
  Design, develop, and optimize complex Salesforce flows to automate business processes. Ensure flows are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
• Apex Development:
  Write, test, and optimize Apex triggers and classes to enhance Salesforce functionality. Implement best practices for Apex development to ensure high-quality, performant code.
• Visualforce, Aura, and LWC Development:
  Build and maintain Visualforce pages to support custom UI requirements. Develop Aura components and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern, responsive user interfaces. Ensure seamless integration of these components with Salesforce data and processes.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
  Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical guidance and solutions that meet business needs.
• Performance Optimization:
  Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Apex code, flows, and custom components.
• Documentation and Training:
  Document technical designs, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and other team members as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expert in designing and optimizing Salesforce flows.
• Proven experience in writing and optimizing Apex triggers and classes.
• Strong proficiency in building Visualforce pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) is a plus.
